Position: Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist executives by being responsible and performing advanced administrative duties
- Provides Creative Input and Research within each project
- Coordinates travel arrangements, and assists with travel issues, accommodation and expense reports
- Lead projects assigned both individually or within a team
- Contact company personnel's at all levels to gather information and prepare reports
- Maintain vendor contacts or other company associates
- Coordinate meetings both internally and externally
- Prepare Corporate Presentations when requested
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean & English
- 4 Year University Graduate
- Strong time management and organizational skills required
- Excels in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Work Efficiently and Effectively in fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Maintain a Professional Demeanor under pressure
