Job Description
- Edit Movie files and make DVD format with MPEG Video contents
- In charge of packaging contents product and ready to delivery
- Handle numerous customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Multi-task a variety of responsibilities for online shopping mall
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Represent our client in a professional and positive manner in all situations
- Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, claims, and reports problem areas
- Continually maintain working knowledge of our contents products, services and promotions
Required Skills
- Good knowledge for Adobe Premiere, After Effect, and other Editing programs
- Ability to multi-task
- Superior writing, communication and collaboration skills
- Basic PC knowledge, including Windows, email and other computer applications
- Excellent problem solving and time-management and follow-through skills
- Experience in an environment in which customer interaction was required
- Professional demeanor and clear speaking voice
- Bilingual (Korean & English)
